My Dad forgot to put stamps on the return letter what will happen now? My letter was to Debra Paget Im afraid she might become offended! has anyone ever done this too?

One of two things:
1) she will be nice and put stamps on it for you.
OR
2) she will discard your envelope because no postage was put on.

don't worry about it too much. I sent a letter from the uk to america to Mike Henry (family guy )and I forgot to put any money in for the return postage and to my surprise he sent me a extra autograph and paid for the postage. most people will be nice and put stamps on it for you.
