because iÂ´m from austria and my english isnÂ´t good !

Hey,

If you go to a site for whichever team, go to the bottom and click something like "Contact", and it should give you an e-mail address.

You can just tell them the following:

Dear [team name]

I'm a big fan of [sport] and my favourite team is [team name]! I would love it if you could please send me a fan pack of the team. My address is:
[your address]

I will apprecaite it very much. Thank you!
