Should I use to send a lettter to someone in Canada and to someone in Londo? Thanks in advance.

2 to Canada, 3 to London.

Depends what kind of envelope you're sending. If it's a big 9x12, send about 2-3. If it's a small envelope, send 1 or 2.

It is suggested that if you send a 9x12" sized envelope, that you should send at least 2 IRC's. But to be on the safe side, I'd rather send 3 IRC's. Also, you would send the same amount of IRC's to both Canada and London, or any other place in the world. It doesn't matter where you're sending the IRC to, you can read about how IRC's work here. {thumb2}
