I'm new to this forum thing so excuse me if I'm writing this in the wrong place etc.

But i was just wondering how many IRC's u send with a letter, e.g. Im living in the UK and sending to USA

And i was also wondering if i include another envelope in the one im sending??? If I'm using IRC's instead of SASE.

Hi i have moved this for you as you have posted in the wrong section.
You should send at least 3 IRC's to send to the US from the UK and you must include a another envelope inside the one you are sending with your name and address on.
