How to send a SASE?

Hi,
I'm trying to write to Tmi Allen, and I know I should send a SASE with my letter, but i'm confused with the whole SASE situation. How would I send it, considering it doesn't fit in regular envelope. If I just don't send a SASE, do you think my chances of getting something in return are zero to none?

Fold it in half, then it fits.

Always send an SASE to cover return postage.

To send a SASE first get an envelope and put your name and address on the front, then if you live in the US include some stamp's on the front( if you live outside the US i would recommend you send a least 2-3 IRC's with your letter) then fold the envelope in half along with your letter( and IRC's if you live outside the US) and also a photo if you want too.
Then put it inside the another envelope with the celebrity's name on the front.

I must be using the wrong size envelopes, because the envelope i'm using for the SASE has the bubbles on this inside, so when I put it into the envelope, it bulges and it would be too awkward trying to send it...

Your using the wrong type too. you only need to use normal sized envelope's not the one's that have bubble's inside

you dont need the bubble envelopes, their not going to keep the photos from getting bent, actually their more likley to get bent in them since they dont really lay flat
