HELLO I WOULD LIKE TO ASK U ABOUT SENDING A LETTER INTERNATIONALLY .. ABOUT THE IRC'S AND THE SASE? WHAT IS THE SASE??

SASE is self adressed stamped envelope. Please do not use caps - means your shouting and plus it can be harder to read.

Hi aniska! Welcome to the boards!
When you send a request internationally, it's best if you send a SAE and 2-3 IRCS with your letter. SASE is a Self-Addressed-Stamped-Envelope, and you can only send one when you are requesting in your country or you have stamps from that country. Hope this helps!
