Help Please!

I am just starting autograph collecting and I was wondering if anyone could help me.
I want to collect TTM autographs and I live in the UK.
I want to know how to start off collecting and if anyone has any tips on how to get your letter noticed (so you have a higher chance of getting an autograph) that would be fab!

You don't really need to decorate your envelope, the celeb will either reply or not, you can't really change it by decorating.
