I think it's nothing wrong with the photo, you could send it to Channing, I can't see why not. I mean, it's not photo of him naked or something .
As for the question about postage, it depends on the size of the photos and weigth of the envelope with them. I'm not too familiar with prizes of postage in USA, so I can't help you more, sorry...

Anyway, enjoy collecting!

Yep, but the problem is that nowhere in my city they don't have IRC anymore for almost 3 months. Guess I bought all of 'em in my city

Awww... Well maybe you can exchange some money from the bank. I know it's a lot of money though. Or you can buy some US stamps from people. I'm sure if you write a really nice letter that touches Channing, maybe he'll pay for the postage. It's only a dollar or so.

Well exchanging money is not a problem, though they don't have 1$ bank-notes, only 50 and up, and it's not like I'm gonna put 50$ in my letter, I'm not crazy, at least not that much
