Well, I went to the post office to ask for an International Reply Coupon, and they said they didn't have any.
Is it good too to send a letter with a Self Addressed Envelope without a stamp?

Hi!
What country are you from? In the UK mostly only the bigger post offices have them. {thumb2}
Hope that helped!

You can but sometimes it'll take longer or there's a small chance of getting back something, unless you write a really good letter. I usually send $2 along with my request. I'll cover everything.

I'm from Portugal! The man in the post office said he knew about the International Reply Coupons, but that they didn't sell them here...
I don't live in the Lisbon (the capital), so it's more difficult to me to go there to search for IRC's
I guess I'll send it without a stamp...I hope she likes the letter then :razz:

Hi there, its really not a problem unless you're sending via venue. I've only ever used SAE's, and I've had a great, and fast success rate!

I don't use IRCs I use to send just SAE but now I got some of the stamps from different countrys. If you're interested in that, just see if someone will trade with you.

I know it'll sound ridiculous + a waste of time/money but try to go to the bank or anywhere that you exchange your currency and get the money of that country. Send like a minimum of what's $2 in your country to how much it's worth there. It'll prob. make a difference.

Question: I'm from the US and I want to send a letter to England. Would it be possible for me to send $2 in US currency? I mean, I have 2 pounds but the coins and it would make the envelope weigh more.

Yeah Whenever I send to England, I just put two BRAND NEW $1.00 bills in the envelope. {thumb2} Don't send worn out or tattered dollars bills though. That's not polite.
