Address confusion...

Alright, i just need a little bit of help with an address that is sort of...in a different form. I can't seem to get it into the correct format w/o screwing it up. I'm not that good w/ foreign addresses so anyone that could help, that would be great. 
The address was through an email to this management @ the bottom of the page, and this was the format...
