ok, so I am this enourmously huge fan of rihanna, i mean, i'm most likely one of her biggest fans to ever live lolz.

so i sent her a letter that's about 2 paragraphs (it takes up most of the page-but i'm hoping that she'll read it!) and i sent it on wedsnday not know much about autograph sending or anything

sent: may 21st, 2008
concert: may 23rd & may 24th, 2008

i sent a SASE, one picture, and a letter.

but i must've misread some guidelines here saying that i should send via venue no earlier than 2 or 3 days! i think i should've sent it earlier than that!

and now i am worried that she won't get the letter in time. her concert was yesterday and today and it's in chicago, illinois. i live in nyc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and to make things even worse, i sent a via venue auto request on thursday for her june 5th concert in reno, nevada. i'm worried that they'll send my letter back if it gets there too early!!!!

but i wrote on the envelope, "please do not bend, and please give to rihanna once she arrives", so do you think that they'll hopefully give it to her?

and i also used a regular sized white envelope with my picture neatly folded on the inside. was i supposed to use that type of envelope???????????

please help!!!!!! i'm a newbie at this thing!!!!!

I can't speak for the U.S postal system because I don't know how quick they are, but if you sent the 21st, it should be with Rihanna by tomorrow, the 25th. Hopefully someone (American) can give you a better answer than I can on that. It's a bit early to have sent off for the June 5th date, considering you live in the country where she is performing. I'd say just keep your fingers crossed that your letter falls into the hands of someone kind enough to keep it until then, and eventually pass it on. I hope that'll be the case!

Really doesn't matter what envelope you use, as long as you can fit all your photo, letter, return envelope and what not in there comfortably, it's all good! ;)

The days it will take for your letter to get there varies, but usually, it takes about 2-3 days.

Your envelope is fine.

And I always send my via venue letters at least a week before, so that'll be fine

Your letter could probably make it to California in three days.

And I've never had an envelope returned to me because it was too early. If the venue is good about passing on mail, they'll hold it for her.
