Everyone, I really want a Ringo Starr Autograph however I have been to every post office to get IRC coupons and most people look at me like im crazy. One place knew what I was reffering too but they did not sell them and did not know where I could get one. Is there anything else I can use to mail to London instead. I really really want Ringo Starr bad and the California address I sent to has not worked. any suggestions are graetly appreciate. Until next time kepp GRAPHIN!

if u cant get ahold of IRC's, then there is one alternative.......
send a 6x9 envelope (which is standard size, and he will send a pic to fit, i know because ive tried it)

these stamps can be expensive, but they are useful if
a.) you are using a 6x9 envelope and
b.) have a few british celebs you want to request

ive used them and they work.
also, ringo was sending out from LA for a while, then he went back to london.
you're probably gonna get something from LA, but it will take a while.
