Hi I am new here.
I have a few question and hope that everyone here can help.
-I live in Thailand and I want to send a letter to my favourite star but I don't know how many IRCs I must send to recieve my letter back?
-I have to put another envelope into the outer envelope that I send right?
-Is IRCs according to the weight I send?
Thankyou very much for worthy answer.
P.S. Sorry if my grammar's not all correct.
Few question please

Re: Few question please
Yes you'll want to send a self addressed envelop inside another envelope. I really don't used IRCs anymore but when I did I usually sent two.

Welcome {thumb2}
- Sometimes one IRC is sufficient, but to be on the safe side, rather send two with each request. Check the feedback on these forums as well - there are many celebrities for which you don't need to provide return postage ;)
- Yes. Write your address, as well as something like 'Please Do Not Bend' on the front of it, then fold it and place it inside the envelope you are using to send the request.
- Depends on the country really. I think the U.S.A and U.K work according to weight, whereas other countries like mine work according to the size of the envelope.

Yeah not sure about other places but the U.S. does it both with weight and size. Makes it a little confusing

Hi Gingga!
Firstly, welcome to Fanmail.biz! {clap} I hope you enjoy it here!!
Lately I've seen people sending 4 IRC's! Also, it is considered polite to pay for the return postage as you want something back from the celebrity! {thumb2}
You can read more about SAE, SASE and SSAE here.
As Melindabear2002 said, the US work with both weight and size. But as far as I know, other countries work with size.
If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask!
Good luck collecting,

I recommend sending at least 2 IRC's, although if you want to be safe, you should rather send 3.I live in Thailand and I want to send a letter to my favourite star but I don't know how many IRCs I must send to recieve my letter back?

Correct. On that envelope, you write your own mailing address. The celebrity will use that envelope to mail you a signed photo back.I have to put another envelope into the outer envelope that I send right?
