Yes, when you write to Olesya include what you have mentioned above with your request. Your envelope should be addressed to you.

I will recommend sending a large 9x12 inch envelope, as this will fit most photos.
You don't need to buy cardboard (you can if you wish though). If you have a cardboard box (e.g. a cereal box) or other thin but strong card this can be used to stop your envelope and photo from bending. Your cardboard should be big enough (or close to) to fit in your SAE.
