she sent out an email, saying this address will no longer work. should i send a new pic to her new address. i wonder if the old one will get to her.

Where did you hear that her
The Collective address is no longer valid? Do you have a new address for her? If so, please let us know.
Have you sent something to her old address before? If so, I would assume anything sent earlier would still (hopefully) be able to reach her, as her mail could have been forwarded to her, or her new agent address.
If you have a new address that you believe is valid, you can definitely send her mail there. It's up to you whether you send something to her there or not.

She posted a bulletin on myspace that said if you sent it to the Collective address she won't get the mail.

The address has worked for her in the past, so its possible that she has had her fan mail from a while ago forwarded to her. I would assume any new or recent requests won't be getting through to her now.
I guess you should give the address ChattyGirl247 posted if it's been a significant period of time since your last request.

don't send to this address!
i sent a request 2 years ago but i got a RTS.
you will just get an authentic if you send her via venue
