Question regarding the Staples Center...

If a concert venue has underground parking, does that mean that you won't be able to meet the artist before the show? I'm going to the American Idols Live tour and i've heard that no one has met a celebrity at the Staples center and that it's one of the worst venues...has anyone met someone at the Staples center?
