I am wondering how many IRCs I need to put on a regular 8x10 (or so) envelope and how much does it cost for each one?

From the UK to the USA I'm assuming? You'll need at the minimum 2 IRCs, but I think 3 would be preferable.
As for cost, I think they're over a $1, but I'm not positive. It's been a while!
