NFL Training Camps

Does anyone have any success sending to any NFL teams while they are at training camp? I know a lot of people have great ttm success with baseball during camp so I'm wondering if there is similar success. If so do you just send it to the respective campus and hope it makes it to the team/staff -> player? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
