I received a signed photo from him using that address late 2003. I wrote to him in March 2003, and sent a letter, photo, return envelope and $5 to cover return postage (that was before I started using IRCs). He signed and personalized the photo for me, and returned it in the envelope I provided, and also returned the letter, which I thought was a bit strange, but at least he signed the pic. I haven't see a reported success with Ian, but currently he's doing a play in New York 'Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead', so you could try him via there.

The Play Is Actually Open-Ended, Which Means That They Haven't Set A Finishing Date Yet, So If You Were Planning To Send To Him Via That Venue I'm Sure You'll Have Plenty Of Time.
