i agree with knicksfan, but you never know. the Packers, from both my experience and many others, are arguably the best team when it comes to signing ttm. if its something that you wouldnt mind losing or it doesnt have a whole lot of value (maybe a team poster?) i'd say just go for it becuase you never know, they might get a bunch of them to sign it. besides, you would save a lot more money on postage by doing it that way. its a gamble, but thats what makes this hobby so much fun. ultimately the choice is yours, you just have to weigh the risk vs reward. just make sure that you send an SASE, especially with something bigger like a football. and personally, instead of just sending it to the team, i would send it c/o a player, like Greg Jennings, Donald Driver, Mike McCarthy etc. (all very reliable signers) and ask if at all possible if they could get a bunch of other guys to sign it too. thats just my opinion though. Good luck!!
That sounds like an awesome idea...so much cheaper than sending the ball multiple times lol and if i just get one autograph i would be ok with that too haha

I'm trying the multi-people one request route tomorrow with Dan LeBatard and Gonzalo LeBatard from the hit ESPN show Dan LeBatard Is Highly Questionable to kick off my official ESPN Project, I already have Herm, Golic, Schlertg and a few others but I am starting a project because they are good with fanmail. Also sending to Skip Bayless, Mike Greenberg and Bob Ley.

I would say even for a team like the Packers, who are great signers, it's unlikely that they'll pass the ball around to a bunch of other guys. HOWEVER, if it were me and I wanted to take the gamble, I'd sent the ball c/o the player you want to get the most on the ball. Anyone but Aaron Rogers or Charles Woodson, since they tend to take quite a while to send anything back. You could ask if they'd get a few of the other guys to sign it. This way, even if they don't pass the ball around, they will likely at least sign it themself. That way even if the player doesn't pass it around, at least you got your favorite player on the ball.

As far as the jersey numbers go, there's always eBay and you can also check with your local card and collectible shops. A lot of them will either have the numbers themselves or could point you in the right direction. Your chances are especially good if that store does public or private signings.
Some favorites from my collection, so far, are...

Favorite IP Autographs: Chris Cooley, Shawn Michaels, Ric Flair, Faith Hill, John Riggins, Bruce Smith

Houston Fan Fest 2012 was an absolute success. While Vince Young and Aaron Glenn backed out, I still managed to get autographs from: Kasey Studdard, Chester Pitts, James Kirkendoll, Dan Pastorini, Ernest Givins, Brandon LaFell, Ted Johnson, Fozzy Whittaker, Rodney Hampton, and Haywood Jeffires.

There was no admission but the TriStar Promotions team was out pimping their photos hard on people. People came as far as Dallas to go. Earl Campbell and Danieal Manning were the only ones I missed out on, but I had already gotten them before so it was really no big deal. It was a first come first serve situation, and players had scheduled times that people camped in once the doors opened. It really became an issue of value over quality for me.

Ernest Givins told me that he indeed signs everything sent through the mail, and if he is behind he is sorry, but he appreciates all the fan mail and support he gets. Haywood on the other hand was coy with me but eventually admitted to me that he does not sign anything through the mail at all, since they were sitting at the same table.

Ron Goetz former WLAF linebacker signed two cards for me in 8 days also.
