Umm I heard you have to send a sase for the Jays but I've never tried just because I can't seem to find Canadian stamps. But to answer your question I've requested fan packs from all the hockey teams so yes I have tried but no success it's been over 2 months.

Today I recieved an awesome fan pack from the Washington Nationals it included:
