Nolan is a guaranteed return to sender without the donation which I think is 45 dollars or so. Jimmy key, boggs, bobby doerr, Jim bunning, Doug fister, tommy lasorda and quite a few other retired guys, hall of famers too, have signed for me TTM for free. I read that both Kershaw and Wacha do sometimes sign TTM but less consistently and often have a long wait time. Pete Rose sometimes signs TTM too...ive gotten 30+ retired players back, but only a few current guys.

I'd give it a try! He signed for me during spring training! He is the only Nats player I've been able to get TTM and I wrote to eeeeeeeveryone lol. My five year old is OBSESSED with the Nats and we ended up just buying topps certified autos on eBay...except for the elusive Bryce Harper whom we have just given up on and decided we will never have lol!

You'll get your Joe Nathan back unsigned more than likely. I sent to him c/o Tigers in mid-April and got them back unsigned the other day. There was a form in my SASE instructing me to fill it out, send back my items, send another SASE and $20 per item to be signed.

So I guess all Tigers players have to do the donation thing now.

I did get returns recently from Juan Samuel, Ron Cey, Rick Dempsey, Manny Mota and Paul O'Neill.
