Re: stamp help
Because your envelope will be mailed in Canada, you need Canadian stamps.
Something else you could do would be to send some cash, or apologize in your letter and ask if they could pay it.
If you are going to be sending a lot to Canada you might want to purchase some stamps-try the selling board or Canadian post might mail to the us, I'm not sure.
Good luck!

Canada Post accept website orders for worldwide shipping
They also have price calculators, guides etc so you can work out how much postage you will need to buy.

Doesn't everything cost more in Canada? lolGreg2600 wrote:Geez you'd think USPS and CA Post would have a deal where each could sell each other's postage. I have some stuff I want to send to Canada, is it okay to just slip in like 3 US Bucks for the return postage? I don't feel like waiting a week to have Canada stamps sent to me. Plus it will cost $2.95 CAD to send it back, and they only sell $1.20 stamps! That means every letter you're losing 65 cents.

Re: stamp help
I tried sending cash for stamps but had no success. But I have seen others that did-and sometimes the star returns the cash.
Good luck with your letter!

You could look at it that way.Greg2600 wrote:Geez you'd think USPS and CA Post would have a deal where each could sell each other's postage. Or maybe the item will take a while to be signed, one or even two postage price increases in that time, but no worries because you overpaid and chances are that will cover the subsequent rise(s)

You don't have to get just the $1.20 USA stamps, Canada Post do $1 stamps, 3 of those will see you overpay (at current prices) by a nickel.
