And RE: Kane I sent one to the Jacobs Agency address about 11 months ago and am still waiting. It seems very hit and miss, but I will wait a little while until trying again. Kane seems to be okay signing at in-store events, through via venue too (I've got him twice that way [I know that makes me sound greedy, but the first ones... umm... didn't come out well... lol. Think sending a pen would help your chances too).
