I found this on eBay ... and from what I can see I presume the autographs are authentic:

Jerry's autograph definitely seems to match up with my success I received, and I assume it would be the same for you {up}

The eBay auction can be found here. If anyone's wondering, the chair sold for US $2,010.00 to raise money for Variety - The Children's Charity of Southern California :)
