i am wondering if there are some a listed celeberties that send out authentic autographs trought the mail, if so wich A-listed celeberties are signing authentic autographs trought the mail?

Perhaps Evangeline Lilly, but that depends on one's view of if she is an 'A-lister'

Robin Williams and John Travolta but whether they actually sign the autographs is a whole different story
