Hi! I would be very interested to know if anyone can tell about these sellers

btb-marketing and sellerofchoice who are very actice sellers in Ebay. They service is very nice and they have many interesting items for sale. Often they have many autographs on same photo. Can anyone tell that are their items certainly real or just fakes? How can these sellers manage to get so much autographs and great photos for sale, it should actually be their main job then?

Can anyone also tell me a bit more about COA? From where this certicicate actually comes from and is it always trustful? I have bought autgraphs from Ebay and I have got so many kind of COA's which is quite strange. Some of them would be so simple to copy.

COA'S are absolutely worthless. There nothing more than a printed piece of paper guaranteeing the authenticity of an autograph which any joe blow/forger can print print up. COA'S are only as good as the person who is issuing them. If the person is a low life,forger etc etc. then the COA will be also. I am familiar with both btb-marketing and sellerofchoice both are on my list of Bogus autographs being sold on ebay. Personally I would not buy any of their items. I also would not recommend anybody buy any autographs off ebay unless they have the knowledge and experience to do so. Hope this helps any questions you have don't hesitate to message me.

Thanks a lot for your help. I have always suspected these sellers after buying couple items from them.

What would you say about that seller who sells out autographs for example from Humphrey Bogart, Marilyn Monroe quite cheply telling they are authentic. And like this one:

I checked out that seller. I definately had a good laugh. I really like the one feedback regarding Jean Harlow that one buyer received signed in felt tip pen. Harlow died in 1937 the felt tip pen came out in the 40's. A common blunder done by many uneducated forgers.

They have private ID bidding on, which should set alarm bells ringing straight away.

Their Robert Englund is laughable.

And as for the feedback about Jean Harlow, I dont know why the buyer didnt leave negative, rather than neutral feedback, but damn, this is definatley a seller to avoid.

I just wonder how sellers like that (and many other sellers as well) can have 99.1% positive feedback?
