You need to:
1. Write a sincere letter
2. Put it in an evelope and mail it

You may also choose to enclose a photo for the actor to sign and a SASE(Self Addressed Stamped Envelope) A SASE will cost you more stamps but in the long run it will make your chance of a getting a success higher.
