International reply coupons

Hi there I am new to this site. I am a keen autograph collector and have attended several Collectormania conventions here in England. However, I have never writted to an overseas celebrity. I have my boarded 10.5 by 8.5 envelope, small picture, and an envelope to put all that in. How many international reply coupons will i need? i tried looking up the rates on a website but I do not know how much a 90 something penny IRC will be worth in America. Can anyone help?

I'm not from the UK, but normally 2-3 International Reply Coupons should get your stuff back sufficiently from the celebrity you are sending to overseas! Best of luck! {thumb2}

I live in the UK, and I have always sent 2 IRC's. I did get one back with a note on it from the post office saying that I needed to pay a little extra becausethe IRC's didn't cover it, but that particular celebrity send extra items which would have made it heavier than expected.
