Just be patience and it takes longer than 3 weeks you start to worry if it doesn’t come in years but some people have had success and waited that long.

I have the same situation as you. I sent out my first request on the day I joined this forum... and I sent out like 6 total so far... and it's been 3 weeks and nothing yet. (I'm getting impatient too!) Oh well- we're in this together!
