Hey, the other day I bought a big A4 book. With it I am writing all my letters, all the addresses I use and also when I sent my letters and when I get a reply. It keeps you really sorted and it's easy for when your posting your feedback as you know what date you sent it and to which address. I just thought I'd share my idea for other people to do as well!
