Where can i get HQ matte photos?

so im kind of fed upp with my glossys who i print myself in my pro quality printer and the celeb signs it with silversharpie and the signature just smudges...so where online can i but 8*10 matt(not glossys) QUALITY photos?any idea? :) would really help!you will be forever remembered in my heart ;)
