Authentic In Person vs Personalized TTM Autographs?

I voted for personalized TTM. I'm speechless every time I meet a famous person anyway. So a letter is much easier for me to express myself The only extra point goes with the authenticity of IPs like los_859 said. But that's it for me

I don't think that the celebrity being mean should put you off being a fan, especially if they have a reputation of being nice, you could have caught them on a bad day

I personally like TTM personalized as opposed to IP autographs because the TTM's they take their time signing, and you get a neat signature (usually).

Also with IP, if you meet someone you really like and they're either rude or they're not what you expected, that makes you loose interest in them, and they loose their luster to you.

That's very well put Chris and I definitly agree with you there. I know I've met some in person and they were really aweful, and I lost interest, because everytime I see them, I just remember that experience. And I like getting autographs TTM, it's always so unexpected and it's a nice surprise to see who wrote to you. Also, just the thought that someone spent a few minutes, in their spare time, thinking about and replying to specially you, that's overwhelming. I really enjoy it!

I know, I always just end up being a mute when I meet a famous person, and then when I look back at the experience, it feels like I've wasted such a good oppertunety! Because I'm quite shy, I also find it easier to rather write what I want to say than speaking!
