Do you sometimes feel like a celebrity "hates" you?

Yep. Jim davis hates me. Emailed for an autograph last September. Zip. Emailed again in March and didn't include my address so someone would have to contact me. Zip contact.

I don't want them to think I'm a spammer... but this is frustrating me a bit.

As far as I know - he replies only to US addresses, but if you write TTM and include a SASE with US Postage I do believe he responds.

Yes, I know what you mean. I had to write to Wentworth Miller 3 times before finally getting a reply (later on I got another reply), I also wrote to actress Audrey Tautou 3 times and also got two successes from her this year. But I never thought I would get anything back from them, so I'm glad that I could finally cross them off my "list"! The person who I had to write to the most before getting a reply, was Zac Efron: I wrote to him via 5 different addresses (one was via venue) over 3 years, and I got my long-awaited response in August '08. {love}

But there's still one person who responded to everyone else except me: Channing Tatum. I have sent him 2 letters with one year apart (both times a SASE, and the second a photo too!), but I still haven't heard back...

You're not the only one, Liz, I never saw any reply from him either . And I sent pics and SASE...oh well . So I have fingers crossedd for both of us, one never knows .

Thank you so much, everyone, I'm so glad that I'm not the only one you have this kind of a feeling! But I guess it's part of this hobby . It's great to know, that even if it looks like everyone keeps getting their autographs back, it's just a feeling of frustration.

I'm not from the US and I got a success using his email first time. So I'm not too sure why you're not hearing back

I did read about 2 years ago that she finds the fame thing and having fans "stupid" and she didn't feel like anyone should need her autograph and that she didn't deserve letters full of compliments so she never read her fanmail and never responded. Seems she had a change of heart though! But yeah, if she can respond to Twi-fans now, she should go through her old mail

The thing is shes responded to so many others and I've sent my letters like a week before some and a lot of people who send after me have gotten replies and I haven't. She is one of my most wanted. Thirteen is one of my favorite movies and I do love her in Twilight so I do wish she'd respond to me

i kind of felt that way when i saw the HUGE wave of successes from kellan lutz because i wrote him such a long letter but i've come to realize that he, as well as many other celebrities, probably just choose a handful of letters and a lot of the people who get them back are on this website. i guess i've just learned to be patient with my successes rather than mope around thinking celebrities hate me haha.
