I ran out of stamps so I resorted to e-mail requests (last night)
e-mailed to the following (all at their web pages noted in Wikipedia):
Manfred Mann
Seals & Crofts
Eddie Money
K.C, & the Sunshine Band
Ray Davies (Kinks)
the Spinners
Randy Bachman (Guess Who & BTO)
Dan Peek (America-band)

Already heard from three:
Semi Success
1) Manfred Mann Publicity office advising ,"I've passed your mail onto Manfred's PA who should contact you shortly"
2) Dan Peek Lead singer America (Horse with no name etc.)
