IRC at via venue

I am plaining to send to a via venue soon and i live out of U.S and was wondering if i stand a chance of a return ,Because personally i feel that the are so busy with thier work they won't be able to send it out if you give them a IRC

I recieved a response from Cate Blanchett VV using IRC's. {thumb2} I really depends on the celebrity I guess...
