What size envelopes do you use to send your letters+SASE?

Well, since I'm always interested in statistics..

For those of you who send just a letter+SASE (no photos), what size envelope do you use to send it off?

I used to use regular business envelopes, but I'm now using 6x9 envelopes. Both requires quite some folding..

It's not quite that simple. The size of the outer envelope depends on what goes inside. In other words, it depends on whether I'm sending a baseball card sized picture, a 4x6, 5x7, or 8x10. I've sent all of the above, and used various size outer envelopes to send. Of course, I go the extra distance and send photo mailers as my SASE for all my pictures, so I use larger envelopes than the average individual. I don't mind the extra cost for the peace of mind and relative safety of my pictures. For baseball cards only, I use a standard #10 envelope and take my chances.

Which is why I said "just a letter+SASE". So if your including your own photo, card, etc, it's irrelevant to the poll.
