I don't know for others but I'd say no for Stephanie...Well, it's always worth a try if you're a huge fan of someone but as far as I know, she NEVER signs TTM. She doesn't even send out PPs...But if you're a massive fan of her, try. You can't lose anything, maybe you'll be the one who will hear from her. My opinion ;)

I think its totally up to you if you want to send to them or not
I once sent to a celeb that hasnt had a responce before and I got the first reply so that was really cool
You might risk loosing any items/photos that you send but again, its up to you.

I sent twice to Stephenie and never got back and on her website her brother Seth said she does not have time for fan mail if you want her to keep writing

Im not sure about the other 2 but unfortunatly you will not get a reply from Stephenie unless you see her in person, she recieved like millions of fanmail and Im pretty sure she said that as she cant answer it all she wont answer any, if you go onto her website there is a part where it says she does not do fanmail.
I have heard of people getting letters back from the publisher and its just a standard letter explaining that Stephenie does not reply ttm.
Its a shame but I understand it because I bet she would recieve mail by the truck load and it would be impossible for her to read and reply to it all.
