But I have found SOME really really good online pictures.... Do you think If i put them on a usb drive and take them to staples, they'll print them.
Some of the guys know me there, I have used staples for years, and they have never given me a hard time.
I would give it a try, because using magazine paper is not a good idea. It's highly acidic and will degrade or change the color of the autograph over time.

Yes! My wal-mart has a USB port on our one-hour machines. I used to do it with a CD, but now just save them to my Flash drive and do it that way. {up}

I've used the Kodak kiosks at drugstores and the like, and nobody has hassled me. The only problem is, how do you print 8x10s with them? At a grocery store nearby, they have prices set up for all of the sizes, including 8x10, but when I get down to it, it doesn't seem to be an option. I'm thinking about using Snapfish and having them send the photos right to me.

I have used these guys in the past and they would print everything (they are UK based) and my orders would ship from Germany:

You might try theses guys as it is actually autographworld and they have their own photo lab in house (I have seen it in person):

Here in the USA, I use Costco but only certain locations will print photos of celebrities.

I would highly suggest NEVER using ink-jet type prints as they fade very fast and are easily damaged simply by holding them. You go to a lot of effort to get items signed and then you pull it out one day to look at it and it has turned yellow.
If you like authentic autographs you need to visit this site:

The problem most likely is the resolution/attributes of the file. It is too small to print out as an 8x10. Open the file in Paint and check the attributes of the file before copying it to a Flash drive or CD. The default setting is pixels so change the setting to inches to see how big the photo is.

Snapfish would print them out for you but most likely the photo would come out too "pixelated" and not good for an autograph. When you go to edit the photo you will see that the resolution is too small to print it out as an 8x10.

I don't blame them. I used Snapfish when I was younger and naive, but now I agree with the copyright laws. I mean imagine if you were a photographer who relied on that income, and people were illegally reproducing your photos through print-services like that?

but the photos that we are printing arent available to buy @ the local walmart and cvs and the malls. its not like its famous artwork (whistler's mother and the girl with the pearl earring). its pictures of famous people. i will always find a way to print them. (just my point of view)

It doesn't actually cut into the photographer's income. Photographers are paid per project/photo/etc, not by commission. Whether or not people end up reproducing them, the photographer has already been paid. Doesn't make it any less illegal of course..
