Re: Most Valuable Autograph
My most valuable autograph (to me) would be:
John F. Kennedy
my grandpa got it in person, then he gave it to me recently! (because I am a passionate autograph collector, and i'm only 15!!!)

Re: Most Valuable Autograph
I dont have anything old (Ive collected everything myself ttm or in person) but I have a few signed posters and a few Colts team signed items that are worth a lot. The most valuable is probably an Indianapolis Colts team signed authentic proline helmet. Authenticated versions sell for several thousand dollars and I have pictures taken with almost all the players and me with the helmet (including Peyton Manning). I would never sell it but if I ever got in a jam its something I could get some money out of lol.
Just got a team signed official NFL football signed at training camp and I have a Peyton Manning authetic jersey that is signed by him on the number in silver and the rest of the team in black on the jersey.
I have a lot of cast signed posters that are full size and most I have videos of the signings (I take pictures and videos at conventions and signings just in case I trade or sell them) Just the number of signatures on some of them makes them valuable. Some are original posters and were valuable and rare before I ever got them signed.

Re: Most Valuable Autograph
I havent thought TOO hard about this. But I am going to say my James Brown signed photo is likely up there, if not the highest priced item I have.
Really hard to say. its all a matter of what someone is willing to pay, right?
In theory, a deceased music icon SHOULD do better than say, a cast signed photo of a show still on the air with all the cast alive...but its all a matter of who just MUST have something.
