I had a suspision that my mail carrier was stealing my stuff also, so I sent myself a couple "expensive" items labeled from sports arenas. Thought for sure I had the guy, but I ended up getting all the items back so there went my theory, or else the guy is really smart. So for now, I will just have to be patient. You might try something like that, but make sure it's the same clerk, and its something you don't mind losing! Good Luck!
Robert

Sometimes I get paranoid, but then I get one like I had yesterday which arrived unsealed. It was a rubbish batch of envelopes, I've had several back which have flopped open like this one, but the photo was still in it with who knows how many people handling it.
It's upsetting that it only takes one bad'un to cancel out in most minds the good work done every day by all of the decent and honest folk around.
I've also had an empty SAE back, a day or two after it would have been posted. It was from the same batch of dodgy envelopes so I've been assuming that it fell out when it was working its way through the system. It won't be long now until I can tell by a process of elimination who it was meant to have gone to, hopefully.
I don't suppose that there is any way that your envelope could have just not been sealed properly? It seems insane to me that someone would risk their job for something which was on its way to someone to be signed rather than on its way back.
It is nice to have good relationship with your postmen. Every christmas I give him an envelope with cash just to show my thanks that he delivers my mail with care.
I'm a college student. I don't have money to give away.
I have decided to just let it go. I don't think the people at the post office can do anything anyway. I don't think I can really prove it. But I know it didn't fall out, because it was completely sealed. I don't know, maybe he got confused because I put the SASE in the envelope in front of him. Still, he shouldn't have opened it.
I mainly collect voice actor and Disney related autographs-Any questions with Disney successes/addresses? Feel free to PM me!
There's really no point in complaining because there's no accountability. The postal union keeps them from being fired. There's no way to complain on up the chain of command either.
Time flies like an arrow. Friut flies like a banana.

Still, I would go down there and complain to the supervisor anyway. You never know if you don't try. If nothing else, you get to vent out a little frustration.
