CVS can't sell copyrighted photos

I fully understand why and to say myself from a 3rd trip to the local CVS I need your help. I need to know if this photo will come up as copyrighted when i go to pick it up.

After right clicking on the photo and choosing properties the size is 546x345. If you print it out as a 4x6 it might come out a little "pixeley" (or blurry). Change the file name prior to uploading and you might not have any problem. Or use a Kodak kiosk if you can find one. Target usually has them and you can print it out at the kiosk and then pay for it at the register.

is there any wait time for that or is it instant? What do i put into the kiosk to upload the photo? A usb flash drive....cd?

Yes, a flash drive will work. It's instant. Maybe a minute at the most.
