It depends on the size of the matte. The Stand one from layout to cutting was about 2hrs. Laying out the matte is the longest part.

Thanks. Honestly..its really not that difficult. I think the hardest part is waiting for the requests. And especially, when you one or two sigs away from finishing a matte and it just takes forever or never.

Thanks. Yes, start small...Even a one opening matte. Then work from there. Also, not sure if you saw this. But, here is a thread I made showing how I do my mattes (w/pictures). Hope it will help. viewtopic.php?f=114&t=134231
