I AM NEW TO THIS AND WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE KNOWS WHICH POLICITIANS WILL PROVIDE SIGNED BOOKPLATES?

It is hard to say...If you supply the book plate just about any one you send to will sign it or Auto Pen it. Karl Rove and Newt Ginrich will supply and sign a bookplate if you request one in your LOR and Supply a SASE. Start with these two as they are good ones to have anyway {up} [us]
