Okay, I am going to try to send a letter to Bone Thugs n Harmony (if you don't know, they are a rap group: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bone_Thugs-n-Harmony)
I was going to send a 9x13 Manila Envelope. Inside it, I was going to have a letter, about a page long. It basically says how they are my favorite rappers and that I was hoping for a personalized autograph. I also have an SASE and I was going to send my own personal CD cover in hopes of them signing it. You know, the actual paper on the inside of a CD.
So here are my questions:
-How can I ask for a personalized autograph without sounding demanding? In my letter it says (after a little bit):
"Anyway, in this letter, I sent you guys my own personal CD cover of your album, ~T.H.U.G.S.~ and I would love a personalized autograph by you guys. I mean, it would really mean a lot if you did."
I don't want a reprint or anything like that. So yeah, do you think that is to demanding or corny or anything like that?
-Do you guys think that my chances are high of getting an autograph from them? Because I don't really want to send this if there's a chance I might not get it back
-Should I have my letter typed or handwritten? I already typed it but I think a handwritten copy would be better because it's more personal.
-Any other warnings or suggestions before I send this? Like anything that might help me out in my letter/ request to get an autograph?
