I stuck it out with Batman and Robin but didn't buy any of the 25 different titles for the whole death of Bruce Wayne thing. (I still have no idea what happened to him or how he came back).

Spider-man continues to be a fun read with new artists to enjoy every few months. Great story lines and just keeps being a fun series.

Happy birthday and I hope it is filled with all the best life can offer.
Blackest Night was the last time I went to the comic shop and bought something new. $3-4 is waaaay too much for a little comic book. Mainly get trades off Ebay if they are a good deal. I recently got 19 volumes of Ultimate X-Men and one volume Ultimate X-Men/Fantastic Four team up for $65.

I have a bookcase full of trades and I got nearly every one of them off Ebay for a fraction of the cover price.

Order a sketchbook off of Georges Jeanty official site, $25 with a sketch about 2 weeks ago.

I asked for the Cyborg Superman and I got just that.

It's strange yet it works

Is anybody going to the Boston Comic Con? I would love to get a print signed by Gahan Wilson. I would be willing to pay a fee for the favor.

100 bucks
I bought one of Zatanna for $60 ($50 for the sketch and $10 shipping)

The $100 is for doing custom faces and stuff too contact and do a best offer and just ask for a Cap Cold however he does it.

Damn I hate eBay bidding sometimes. I have been trying to get a Transformers Infestation #1 Sketched cover for about 2 weeks now. I keep getting outbid on the last day.

But there is a fix the guy who sketches them is selling a few too.

Bought one I had not seen yet, Devastator. 35 bucks with free shipping.

Thanks but no thanks on that one. Sharing too much info for me.

Got an email back from Daniel Khanna ,the artist for all those great sketch covers, and he said he would be more than happy to rework and Zombie-up Devastator for me.

Matt Busch signed my Star Wars Galaxy trading card and did a quick sketch of a stormtrooper for me c/o his studio. He also sent me two more signed card too and some promotional material (not pictured here) too. He can be reached via his website. http://mattbusch.com/updated_main2.html Very nice guy!

Today I got back my X-men Archives card signed by John Cassaday. He added a cool little sketch of his favorite hero, Captain America.

I have only a few commissioned items in my collection. Well, I added another one to this when I contacted Patric Reynolds and had him do a Spider-Man vs. Rhino sketch for me. Patric is working for Dark Horse Comics and has done the BPRD -Abe Sapien: The Drowning and the series "Let Me In" based one of the greatest vampire movies ever, "Let the Right One In". I love his style and inking. His prices are amazingly cheap for a published artist. Check him out on Facebook or his website. http://www.theredarmystudio.blogspot.com/ I will put up a picture of it soon.
Use google before you ask. Seriously.

There has only been one success posted from Carmine and he is old 86 in fact and retired, so DC would be a loss cause.
