Question regarding my RTS

hello...as you may have seen, i recently got a RTS from actor Jackson Rathbone. On the yellow sticker on the envelope, it says...
Forward Time Exp RTN To Sender
Rathbone Jackson
165 Little Park LN
Los Angeles CA 90049-4023
Is that where (if i send again) my letter with reach him? Or do i use an entirely new address?

Yes, that address should work. It is for his agency...Cutler Management.
