I sent out an LOR, a photo for him to sign, an IRC, and an SAE last 17th of August, 2011 to his "How to Succeed" address. The letter will take a week to reach Dan cos I used the special delivery mail. I've noticed that people are getting fast successes, but I still haven't gotten mine! I'm afraid it got lost somewhere because of Hurricane Irene.
If I send him another one, can I not enclose an IRC (it's too costly!)? Will he still reply?
