After almost a year to the day, I got a return from Mike Zeck! He signed two books for me and included a sketch of the Punisher on a backboard. I'll try to post pics later,
Mike

I, too, got a response from Mike Zeck today. He did a Punisher sketch for me as well. Here's a link to it.

I got back my Criminal Macabre / The Goon crossover signed by artist Christopher Mitten.
He signed and personalized the cover for me and added a sketch of The Goon holding a wrench (one of his favorite weapons to smack a slackjaw <undead> with). He even threw in two magetic business cards with his artwork on them. Contacted him via his website.

I will try and post a picture soon.
Use google before you ask. Seriously.

Got my recent eBay purchase today, which technically ends my month long dry-spell.

Kevin Eastman signed/remarked TMNT #1. This was obtained @ the recent Golden Apple Comics launch.

Today I received cartoonist Tom Bunk. He has done cards for the Garbage Pail Kids and has done drawings for MAD magazine. I sent him a letter, sketch card, and SASE on August 13, 2011 and today September 6, 2011.. I received my sketch card back with an awesome sketch on it.. (I asked him for harry potter and he drew himself as harry :D) He also sent a self portrait picture of himself signed along with a piece of paper with information about his career on it.. Pretty sweet success from an awesome cartoonist!

wow 12days since the last post must be a hell of a dry spell.

this post is for the Brits but Americans and Canadians please answer also if possible. I get paid in just over a weeks time so I can finally go out and buy some dollars for the return postage from the US, so how much would you recommend that I put into the envelope or how much have you put in, in the past? I will be going to the UPSS site to work out weight and size but I was thinking about $10. Probably only going to send to two people for now, I know one will be JH Williams III, been waiting for Batwoman #1 to fiannly be released, Ive already got his address from him.

I don't quite think you need to put that much on it. If you are just sending a book, here in the states it is around $2 US dollars each way. I haven't sent over seas in a while, but I believe the postage is pretty much the same. You might want to put $5 to be safe.
