Actors that don't require IRC, Stamps or Money

I was wondering if there are actors that don't require International Reply Coupons, Stamps on the Reply Envelope or Money in order to send back the photo signed.

I'm really not sure that publicising names of people who are kind enough to pay postage themselves is a good idea, they will soon stop doing so if they start getting hundreds of letters without postage.

I agree. Plus I think it's more respectful and courteous to include the SASE.
I mainly collect voice actor and Disney related autographs-Any questions with Disney successes/addresses? Feel free to PM me!
